The GOP is going after CafePress for using the Republican logos on their T-Shirts.
It’s good to see that the RNC is using it’s time wisely when they are down in national polling.

If the vendors at Cafe Press are using that moronic fat cartoon elephant, they can have it.
I much prefer the new adult version of the RPV logo.

You’re right that it’s a waste of time for the RNC to be pursuing this. After all, one would presume that the merchandise is spreading the GOP message and brand.
What I find more interesting is that CafePress hasn’t pulled them. CafePress says they’re pretty strict about no copyrighted images. I developed a “NoBama” bumper sticker initially using the official Obama “O” and it was pulled for that reason. Of course there are now dozens of items with that image. I guess they’re a bit selective in their copyright protection.
